ABOUT THE ARTIST
Her mantra: We, humans, are marginal stardust, in the grand scheme of the universe.
Delphine de Marsangy, known as Margynall, is a French contemporary artist currently based in Hong Kong, with a rich global background shaped by her experiences in Africa, Europe, and Asia. Her artistic journey began in childhood in Africa, nurturing a passion for painting that has evolved over two decades, previously shared only with a select few. Following a successful career in the design industry, she relocated to Singapore, where she unveiled her art for the first time—marking the dawn of a transformative chapter in her creative path. She is now thriving in Hong Kong, pursuing her creative passion between her inspiring studio and exciting exhibitions.
ARTIStic approach
Margynall’s work embodies a fusion of surrealism and abstraction, primarily employing acrylics as her medium. Her artistic process merges intuition with rationality, drawing inspiration from diverse experiences—be it a journey, a song, or an emotional encounter. Through her distinctive creative universe, she recently explores the vital connection between humans and nature, committed to raising awareness.

For Margynall, appreciating and recontextualizing the value of sensitivity is fundamental for better understanding each other and the world around us.
